GENERAL BACKGROUND / PHILOSOPHY:
Denise was born and raised in Berlin and has lived in both Berlin and Hudson all her life. She is deeply rooted in both towns. With a background in education, I am particularly interested in seeing customers and clients receive clear explanations of procedures, policies and options involving real estate transactions, thus allowing them to make the right decisions for their own unique situations. Being a detail person by nature, I am well aware of how the small details leading up to a successful real estate transaction can make it happen.
EXPERIENCE:
Besides teaching at the High School level for 11 years, I have also run a successful start-up home business when my children were young. Since that time, I have had over 17 years of experience in the insurance property and casualty industry, where there is much shared information with the real estate sales sector.
PUBLIC SERVICE:
I have been an active participant in local Chamber of Commerce events. My husband, Ken Jameson, and I are also active members of the First Parish Church of Berlin and the Hudson Historical Society.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Business Education - Minor in Social Sciences
Graduated Magna Cum Laude
Insurance course work including licensing and three designations.
PERSONAL INTERESTS / HOBBIES:
Mass Miata Club – traveling with my husband in our 2-seater convertible, most recently to Quebec City. I also enjoy antiquing all over New England and recently joined the Hudson Historical Society. We particularly enjoy our time on Cape Cod Bay, gardening there as well as at our home in Hudson.
