BACKGROUND: Hugo graduated from Hudson Schools, went on to Yale where he played football and was captain of the baseball team and a champion boxer. He returned to Hudson to teach science and coach athletics at Hudson High School for thirty years. During this time he received his M.Ed. from Boston College. Hugo and Sally, his caring wife, have obtained an enormous network of friends, colleagues and business associates through their work, church and service activities. His approach to life is as classic as his style of service. “Give without question and it shall be given back to you a hundredfold.” He has given his time and talents to countless community affairs and local girls and boys athletic programs. He also enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and gardening. President of Hudson Town Employees Federal Credit Union and President of St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Michael’s. Intel community advisory panel; past President of Hudson Boosters and past member of United Way.  Vice President and founder of the Hudson Community Food Pantry and Trustee of the Hudson Historical Society. EXPERIENCE: He was first licensed as a broker in 1970, and worked part time while teaching until 1985. Upon retirement from teaching, he became a dedicated full time realtor. He qualified as Senior Real Estate Specialist in 2000 and has counseled many seniors who need help with real estate concerns. Member of Greater Worcester Board of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service and Most Referred Real Estate.
